What tools do you support?
Any tool with an API. We've built integrations for Autotask, ConnectWise, Datto RMM, NinjaRMM, IT Glue, Hudu, Sherweb, Pax8, CyberQP, Active Directory, Entra ID, and many others. If your tool has an API, we can integrate it.
Do I need to learn anything?
No. This is a development service, not a platform. You describe what you want automated, we build it. You use it.
Who owns the code?
You do. All code, documentation, deployment instructions, and database schemas. If you cancel with 30 days notice, you receive the full handoff package.
What if I already use Rewst / Power Automate / etc.?
We can complement or replace existing automation. Some MSPs use us for the workflows that don't fit neatly into their existing platform, or to eliminate the platform dependency entirely.
Can I also refer my clients to Quarksoft for custom software?
Absolutely. MSP Automation clients are natural candidates for the Quarksoft Partner Program. You earn ongoing commissions for client referrals — separate from your automation subscription. Learn about the Partner Program.
What happens when a vendor changes their API?
We handle it. API changes, deprecations, and new versions are covered under your subscription. You don't touch code.
How is this different from hiring an automation engineer?
You get an entire development team (architecture, development, testing, deployment) for a predictable monthly cost. No hiring, no benefits, no management overhead, no risk of that person leaving.
What's the minimum commitment?
The Activation Sprint is a one-time fixed price. After that, subscriptions are month-to-month. No long-term contracts.
