What is a point?
A point is a unit of complexity, not time. A 5-point item might take 2 hours or 8 — you pay the same either way. This keeps pricing predictable and aligned with outcomes, not effort.
Can I change tiers?
Yes, anytime. Tier changes take effect the following month. Need a burst of features? Bump up to Accelerated for a month, then drop back to Standard. No penalties, no contracts.
Do points roll over?
No. Points reset each month. This keeps things simple, focused, and ensures your backlog stays prioritized. You always know exactly what you are getting each month.
What if I need a burst of work?
Bump to a higher tier for a month, then drop back down. Going from Maintain to Grow for one month gives you a burst of 25 points to push through a feature, then you return to your normal pace.
How do I prioritize what gets built?
Through the client portal. You see your backlog, each item with its point value. Drag to reorder priorities anytime. We work top-down through the list. No change orders, no negotiation — just reprioritize and we adjust.
